HOW TO MAKE FRIED RICE
2 plates of white rice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 seeds red onion, mashed
2 seed red chilli, mashed
1 tomato, sliced thin
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp pepper powder
How to Make
1) Saute garlic, onion and red pepper until fragrant.
2) Pour the egg and stir to become scrambled.
3) Add rice, stir until blended with herbs and no rice to clot.
4) Add salt and pepper and stir again until smooth.
